I would bet money on it being correct. If I didn't feel so strongly about it, I never would have put myself at risk of sounding like a dong to post it.
As for the Unity plan... I have no idea. I have never even heard of it because it isn't offered where I live. Best bet would be to call At&t themselves on that one.
