I actually do Tech Support for Sprint and working with BlackBerrys on their network, which do not support MMS/Picture Mail, means that we deal a lot with customers looking for a workaround. The listing above seems pretty accurate, however, I do know off the top of my head that the AT&T one does require "1" and then the ten-digit phone number. I'm not one hundred percent on the others as of now but we do have documentation on the actual domains and the appropriate number to put in as well.
