Just for some background - I am a new iPhone user, non-Mac user, and the iPhone is my first ipod device (and my second smartphone device). I am coming from a Handspring/Palm/Treo background.
I will be trying to post a range of reviews - from entertainment apps to prductivity apps, from games to lifestyle apps (and everything in between). The majority of my reviews will probably be focused on games and entertainment, but I will try to mix it up.
My daughter loves to play on my iPhone as well, so I will try to include kid-oriented reviews for programs that kids may enjoy, such as this one. For reference, my daughter is 5 years old so I will focus on that age group. Of course, some people may not feel at all comfortable letting their kids play with their iPhones.
I will also be checking the "top 25", hot apps, and similar lists that appear in iTunes for apps to review.
Lastly, I would also like to try to work in review requests. If there is an application which you are interested in, but don't want to try before you hear about it, post on this thread and I will try to get around to reviewing it (I can't guarantee having the review done within a certain time frame, though). I will probably generally focus on paying apps, since if it is free there is no reason not to try it yourself!

You got to it before I did (asking for reviews that is.)
I figure since we know a bit about you, cjvitek, I should do the same.
I am a fairly new iPhone user (6 months) still using the 4GB 2G iPhone. I am a fan of the PowerMacs, but use a windows computer to sync my iPhone (long story). I too come from a history as a Palm Pilot user, then Treo, then a Blackberry, and now the iphone.
My interests are wide, so I will be reviewing a wide range of apps. I however, don't take
much interest in stocks (bloomberg app).
I have fairly in depth experiences in Cooking, marketing, business, game design, film & digital media, photography and a few others that branch of from there. I hope this will help with some of the apps I am reviewing.
Each month I would like to select a certain topic and find the best application for that activity. This month it's health & fitness. What should I do for November?
I also would love to take requests. I too will focus on paid apps, but will add in the free apps here and there if I deem "necessary for your eyes"
I hope, cjvitek, you don't mind me pulling requests from here as well.
