I've been using @ in forums since long before Twitter. I think the @ meme actually caused them to create the @ links in Twitter to begin with so post hoc and all that
0 post count is because off-topic doesn't count towards post-count count.
If we can get you into the deep end of the iPhone forums proper, no doubt you'll sky rocket to multiple digits nigh instantaneously.
I'd tell @crackberrykevin that you don't think he talks enough, but his head might 'splode...
