adapter or something?

My friends recently bought a clock radio docking station and a car charger for my iphone 3G.

My iphone doesn't fit on the dock of the clock radio with the case on and now that I have my Otterbox case, the car charger doesn't fit any longer either.

Is there an adapter or something I can use so I don't have to take the case off? I have three toddlers in my house and do not like to take the case off and leave my iphone unprotected.

There are dock adapters which are larger and help the phone fit certain docks with a case on. Most of the time these are included with the accessory item.

That being said you're not going to find one the fits the Otter Box. It's just too large.
