Incase help

Ok so I have the slider case for my 3G and it's the best case ever, but I can not get the iPhone from out of the case!! I have tried yanking on it, but it will not budge.. Does anyone have any tricks that they have used to get the phone out? I need to get the phone out to apply a screen protector..

i usually bend the left side plastic a little and have someone pull for me =)
