Wired headphones with mic and remote: Why so few?

There are a few but those are earbud/earcanal types, which doesn't work for my non-standard ears, especially when jogging or on the bike.

You would think that there would be a big market for

1. over the ear
2. water/sweat proof
3. microphone
4. remote control buttons to change volume, skip tracks
