Official Pricing Out from ATT

I am confused about att's plans. The last iphone included 200texts, unlimited data and minutes, for 10 bucks cheaper then currently. But the current plans don't include text and are more expensive...Am I looking in the right place?

Do I just look at ATT's website under individual plans and add 30 bucks for data, or is there a better/cheaper plan available somewhere else on the site? I know sometimes, there are better deals in other programs. is this the case?


Also,
When wil they go on sale? 6PM, 8AM ? When will we find out? How many per store do you think att and apple stores will have(best estimates)?

If you stay with the first iPhone you pay $20 for data, but if you switch to the new iPhone 3G it's $30 for data.
