How to get out of your TMobile Contract and not pay ETF

For those of you "trapped" in a TMobile contract and want out to get the iPhone
I found some information on a website I frequent. I would be sure to read the wiki and the full thread before calling TMobile to cancel as there are probably some good tips in there to use when you state your case. I am stuck with Verizon until the 17th so it doesn't help me but I thought I would throw it out there.
