UK - o2 network - difference between business tariffs and regular tariffs?

Pretty confusing..

Basically I would like to SHARE one plan between two phones & get the free calls between them (and our home phone + other family numbers)

I want to get a phone for myself and one for the wife..

Just cant figure out what is the most cost effective tariff to go for.

Store staff are all confused / don't have the info yet..

There are free handsets on some tariffs..

If anyone figures it out please post your findings here.
