My friend has a Storm.

He hates it, but puts on an act to make me think he likes it.
When he uses my iPhone I can see the jealousy in his face.

When I use his Storm, I am thinking "...wow. Good try Blackberry. Maybe next year. "

Sadly ive been using the storm for 6 months now and only just jumped ship to the iphone. Ive owned 4 previous blackberrys prior to the storm and loved them! The storm imho was a blatent cash in on the success of the iphone, Ive only been using the 3GS for 24 hours and have adapted to it without any problems! Awesome bit of kit

Its not too terrible now after all the updates. IMHO RIMs big mistake was to put the same OS but just tweak it for a touchscreen. They should've rebuilt the OS from the ground up to guarantee a better user experience. I've played with one that has all the new updates and its not too terrible if you don't know what you're missing. That click screen's gotta go though. Whoever came up with that idea should've been fired or at least demoted.

And as Bad Ash and hiimhenryyy both said, I'd take the Bold over the Storm hands down. If you're going to have to deal with a buggy OS, at least gimme a physical keyboard.

I wanted to like it. I really did. But I didn't.

The storm was a joke.. I made the switch to the pre and will not be looking back. I will have to say though the bold is my favorite blackberry to date.

I come from the Storm. It was a nice phone but when my brother got an iPhone I was hooked and couldn't wait to get my iPhone. There is no comparison … iPhone by a thousand miles!

I got a storm for my brother who HATES the Iphone. I thought this is cool let me try it out for a day. I could only keep my SIM in their for half an hour and I had to get it back into my Iphone. The use of it is so counter intuitive. The whole thing was cool for about 10 minutes and then it was like meh nothing special. Then I started getting annoyed at not understanding I would have to use the BB button to get extra options. I've owned my Iphone since the first launch and I still love it ever time I use my 3G. I still marvel at ads about apps that make you able to flip pictures from one phone to another etc.

Im getting a storm off of someone for $50 dollars only 3 months old almost new still in the box. The previous owner used it a few times then got an iphone instead :P. $50 dollars is a steal she just doesn't know the value of it. I'm gonna try it out see what its all about ill probably unlock it and sell it though.

I actually came to the iPhone from the Storm on Verizon. I found the software to be buggy (despite its release being a year ago) and its design to really be an abomination to the name BlackBerry. I had it replaced like 5 times, once because the screen clicked in, and never clicked out. I haven't looked back since....
