Oh god.. I was using the click screen on my friend's Storm.. God it was terrible. Typing was so ****ing slow!! Ridiculous. I lamented for my iPhone's multi-touch (it was in for repairs)...

I've had the Storm for three months. My overall impression has been OK. Clearly not an iPhone. I have found that the Storm complements my iPhone in many areas where AT&T was better off with TDMA. Outside the big cities, AT&T's coverage drops to EDGE. In many of those same areas, my Storm remains on EVDO-RA.

I currently use my Storm as a tethered modem with my HP netbook. Works perfectly for that purpose. My Storm also lets me make phone calls (yes phone calls) inside my home. With my iPhone, I have to go outside to make a call even though it shows the area as 3G.

Tough choices.

I'm gonna weather the Storm myself. Actually I may try to get a Tour and then use both. I'm just not an iphone guy, BUT I do have some respect for it, and I love my touch (great toy Sorry had to say it)

Hello All, I too am a ex Blackberry user and just recently got my first G3 and I wish I did it a long time ago. I always had a iPod for my travels because I do travel a lot but with my iPhone, not only do I have my tunes on it, I got lot of great apps that is not offered for BB that helps me while I am away. I do wish that G3 was available in all the countries I visit but I am sure in time they will

Did you but the storm full pop or are you stuck with a $300 early term fee as well?

I bought the Storm at launch and in the 8 months that have passed I had 6 replacement Storms.

Worst. Cell Phone. Ever.

I got my ET fee waived though, so that was good.
