but not let somone else do it to them? LOL, they can trick itunes into thinking a palm pre is an ipod, but somone tries to make a theme for another phone, and palm is all up in arms over it?

That's actually pretty funny - especially since they are going after a small developer who created a free simple theme. Way to go Palm.

But I should also say I do understand Palm does have the right to protect what is theirs. The developer will remove Palm Pre from the title, change things around a bit and it will be available again.

Seems a bit more than hypocritical to me given Palms recent stance with iTunes.
