Is the MyTouch 3G with Google an Adnroid Phone?
That's enough said i believe. The title should say it all... but for the record, its the phone that features Whoppie from The View. And excuse my non-expertise with the phone...

I kind of figured it was, but my thinking is that, if it says "with Google", it's different than "with Android". But i suppose that most people know what Google is over Android.

Android is made by Google. The android devices that say with Google have additional google functionality/services. Will not have HTC's Sense UI etc etc.

I know that andriod is made by google, but i am right by saying android and google are somewhat different?

As Alli said Android is the operating system made by Google and it is licensed to several Hardware OEM's. The first hardware company was HTC w/ the Dream (G1), Magic (myTouch 3g), Hero(G2 in some locations) and Tattoo (The Click). Those marketed "with Google" if memory serves me right uses a more stock version of the OS & also have Google Search, Google Calendar, Google Maps and Gmail integrated....those not (as in without "with Google") that are made by HTC since the Hero...have the Sense UI interface

Google phones run stock android, phones with google tend to run a prettied up version of android.
