The pre was not a fail, not even close, its a very nice device. As for the droid, I cant comment on how it will be, but the specs look nice. It looks ok, not sure what all the complaints are about. How exactly was it not a fail? Palm failed to sell a lot of units, let alone had to deal with a laaaarge amount of returns.

Let alone the fact that no one seems to be even talking about the Pre anymore, let alone using it -- and its only been a few months.

How anyone would think the Motorolla Droid doesn't look old I can't understand, but I guess there are different tastes. No matter what the style looks very dated and in a market of innovation how could you bring it to market? The xperia I actually worked with one about a month ago for someone where I work and beleive me after having it for 3 or 4 hours I wasn't impressed at all so the stats might look nice but that doesn't mean anything until you get it in your hand.

you also used an early version. They haven't got the software right yet. So we will judge it when it comes out. You got to admit though, its a nice looking device, and it should be powerful based on the specs. Also knowing sony, and gaming, it will be great at that. Looks huge with that 4 inch screen. Some may not like that. Either way, I think I will give it a try. As for the moto droid, I will go try it out later today. I wanna see that huge high pixel screen.
