There's a free version also.

The UI is very interesting, unlike any of the other task management apps I've used. Basically it looks at your schedules, then finds time for your tasks. And it puts them all in one view.

It's got a basic reminder functionality (they get around the iPhone single-thread thing by syncing to Google Calendar, which can send out SMS alerts) and they've got different views too. I think it's the only task app that also has a calendar. They've got a weekly and monthly calendar coming up.
