You need to uninstall the previous version and re-install the app.
Future versions will be more elegant but the apple review process takes about 2-3 weeks to get a new version out. So, this is the work-around for now. We apologize for this annoyance.

Two other tips - go into settings and turn off update channels on opening, and prior to making any choice, tap preferences or something at the bottom. Those two things have stopped all crashes for me. I know they are working hard at getting the last few bugs out. I prefer using Medafly to iTunes for downloading and listening to podcasts!

It would be nice if all the "preloaded" podcasts were put in one list. Other than that it's a sleek app.

Create your own custom channel for your preloads - that's what I do. Then the only thing I bother preloading is that one channel.
