Pricey, no? At present I have a TomTom, and still have AT&T TeleNav (cost $9.99 a month)...

Not at all for what you get.. 1.2gb.. $99 is a steal! No on the go mapping tracking garbage.. real hard drive driven navigation.. nice Tom Tom.. Contact integration..

$9.99 x 12 = $119.88 over the course of the year and on and on and on.. one stop shop $99.. I'll take it..

At&t steals enough of my money (NO MMS cough cough.. $30..cough cough)

I'm excited about this release. 99 bucks is expensive given you already own the hardware....I will pick it up this weekend and try out on a little road trip I'm planning.
