Default co-pilot vs Tom tom?

I want to get a sat nav app for my phone and it's pretty much going to be one of these 2.

Tom tom seems to be good judging by early reviewsbut is expensive with the UK version being £59.99.

Co- Pilot on the other hand is only £25.99 and seems to do most of the things Tom tom does and uses up a fraction of the space.

Anybody tried both and have any opinions?

Thanks
