Making typing easier on the IPhone app.

Hi all,
I'm used to using the physical keyboard on a Blackberry. I LOVE my new IPhone 3GS for everything but typing! I'm having a very difficult time with typing w/the on screen keyboard. I purchased "Easy Writer Pro" but it doesn't make any differences. Does anyone know of an app. that will help make typing easier or any other suggestions? A friend of mine who uses the phone said typing to the side of the letter helps. And, that does help some. He was correct. But I still need lots more help so I can use this for email regularly.

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

its just going to be a drastic change..you;ll get used to it. its a pretty smart keyboard.

I find it much easier to type in landscape mode.

give it a month or two. I type twice as fast on an iphone than a blackberry after six months.
