photoshop mobile not available in australia :/
as the title says...
anyone know a good reason this app hasen't been made available in australia? as far as i can tell it's free and has no significant geographical element that would make it redundant outside of the US. it looks pretty handy and i really hate the idea of having to look for some sort of hacked version. can anyone suggest any alternatives [preferably also free]?

it's in pretty basic form at the moment. i can see it being more useful after some updates.
i have really been enjoying tiltshiftgen. it's not free, but was only a dollar(usd). photogene is also a very good app IMO. that was 2 bucks(usd).
