Weather app with Push

Is there a weather app in the appstore that gives push notifications (i.e. if it's raining, thunderstorms, snow, floods, tornados)?

I've been trying to find a good one....

i use weather alert. i doenst have any kind of weather info, but you can set it up to send you all sorts of weather alerts that will be pushed. then you can read the noaa report that goes with the report. i use it with the weather channel.

does weatheralert tell you when it's gonna rain as well? seems like it's only for "severe" weather...
