2 Anti-Spam Measures taken

Measure the first: Excepting Lightning review forums, users cannot post links or images until they've reached 10 posts. Furthermore, nobody can send PMs until they hit 10 posts.

Measure the second: posts will be scanned for liklihood of spam and if they hit a certain threshhold will be put in a moderation queue. we'll keep an eye on that queue and post up legit stuff as quickly as we can.
