  1. Battery
  2. No turn by turn spoken GPS like Garmin has for the BlackBerry phones ( I use it on my Storm and it is great)
  3. Bluetooth isn't loud enough

I will leave out everything that will be fixed by this summers update. For me that basically takes care of my biggest problems.

1) Battery
2) Quiet speakerphone
3) Battery

To echo what others have said, 3.0 will fix what's been missing (voice TBT GPS, copy/paste, etc) but the one Achilles heel continues to be battery life. The iPhones "kryptonite.". I haven't heard any rumors/news yet for fixing it, but that doesn't mean there aren't any.

1. Battery.
2. Vibrate is way too weak in my pocket.
3. New version rumors that are making me want to ditch the old one.

1. Battery (I use the phone too much...which is why I just ordered a battery case)
2. Lack of Exchange Tasks support
3. Configurable reminder settings (snooze, vibrate, etc).
