I just took my iPhone to the Apple store today to have it replaced because of overheating. I have read that this is a lingering issue. The people at Apple were great, they gave me a new device without hesitation.

I would think otherwise, mine has no cover of skin and yet I have loss of #G signal and have to restart to get back the 3G signal. Mine's a JB'd 3GS.

Does anyone have a simplier workaround other than restarting the iphone.
