The lack of personalization is what bugs me. Also, what’s the deal with pic messaging? I don’t understand why you have to email a pic to send it to someone. Sorry for the rant. Other than that, I'm happy I switched to ATT and the iPhone! Once a stable JB comes out for my 3GS, that's what I’ll be doing.
