Copy 'n' Paste. Where else do you need it?

So far I am very pleased with how Apple implemented cut/copy and paste in iPhone OS. However, there are a bunch more areas of the OS where cut/copy and paste could be a no brainer! My topper is in the app arranger mode(dieter's "jiggly dance" mode) where you could double tap multiple app icons whilst they are jiggly dancing to cut them and paste them on another or a new page. So what are your ideas on where else cut/copy and paste is hiding from?

Wouldn't your app idea represent more of cut and paste? Or do you want multiple app icons..

Hmm wow. I wouldn't expect that but that's a great idea. I actually stopped rearranging my apps on the phone ... it just messes things up too much. So that idea might help.

- But I was thinking that the AOL AIM app needs copy. I want to copy words from the actual conversation.
- Also, I want to copy and paste my own selections from text messages instead of the entire message it self.
- I want to copy and paste lyrics from a website in safari into a song in the iPod.

Thats what I can think of so far.

I'm fine using iTunes for that, it is easier and I can usually wait till I get home to arrange my apps

@earless puppy- I see what you mean by how you're able to wait, because in most situations, so am I. But that feature was just an example of mine really, just to show what I meant by where else do you want it.

sent SMS/MMS saved under groups for one click.
2. able to upload more then 5photos, make 10.
3. Able to save audio files or some video files.
4. Have an updated UI that's able to save and
view all gif. (photos, in motion) Files in photos.

Mmm, I have a group of people I SMS to, saved in messages. If you send out one message to a group of people, it saves it. Just don't delete it from the main screen. You can clear the conversation without deleting the group. So you will retain the ability to text the group with one tap, no need to retype everyone.

Is this what you meant or am I misunderstanding what you wanted to do?
