Since I have my new iPhone 3Gs, I decided to test the remote wipe on my iPhone 3G before I passed it along. The wiping went great, but the screen stays on the apple logo...even when I try to sync it. It's completely unresponsive. Rebooting it doesn't help. Any advice?

With that attitude innovation would be dead
. The remote wipe is supposed to be restorable by the end user by simply syncing with iTunes if you find your phone after the wipe, according to Apple. I couldn't see where anyone else had tested it, so I did. The bricked situation was a bug. It's fixed now. Life is good =) |
