Transferring Videos to Computer

Okay, so I think I am loosing it. I did a search in the forums, but didn't find anything, so apologies if this a repeat.

I sync my iPhone with my PC netbook, but transfer photos & videos on my Mac using Aperture. However today I decided to put the videos on my netbook; however, I cannot figure out how to transfer them over.

Apple has a gudie for all the basics. Go to the very bottom.

Just so you know, if you sync photos TO your computer from your Mac you'll have to delete them all to sync this tab with a new computer.
