Question Camera Roll Question

I know this question has probably been asked but...I've searched in various ways & cannot find it so here goes. Can anyone explain to me if & how(for dummies) make more than 1 camera roll or subfolders. I want to be able to separate my pics from my uploaded/downloaded walls & cannot figure it out. TIA for any help.

Subfolders have to be created and maintained on the computer. Then you can point to the parent folder holding the subfolders in iTunes.
