hwo to play .mov on iPhone?

Hi, i have recently purchased the new iphone 8g and i would like to copy a couple of mov files to it. I am a complete novice at transferring files and therefore i'm looking for something that is easy to use.

You just have to sync them through iTunes.

I think Any DVD Converter can help you, it just has the output profile for iPod, it is very easy to use.
