Imobile Cinema help?

I've watched several YouTube videos on how to install the source Imobilecinema and I am pretty sure I am doing it right but for some reason I only get audio on my movies and no video. I have installed the following sournces

1)imobilecinema
2)imobilecinema BPController
3)ImobileCinema SBController

Has anyone else had this problem with not getting video and only audio...would really apprecaite any help. Thanks.
