Movie Playback Freeze

I downloaded the digital copy of Bolt into iTunes. I then copied it from the location it was saved on my PC (lack of space) to another drive. I deleted the movie in iTunes and drug the movie back into iTunes to reference the new location. ~~ Background information

I synced iTunes and my daughter was playing the movie last night on my wife's phone. She was able to watch the movie until the last chapter. The movie just froze. I pulled it up on my phone....same issue.

What are the possible reasons for this?

What are possible solutions?

Is there an easier way to download iTunes data to a different drive?

Any help is appreciated.

Figured it out. Moderators close. The movie was corrupt from the copy. Redownloaded and all is well.
