quickPwn not recognizing my iphone

for some reason the jailbreaking process didn't work when i tried it last night, so i'm trying it now, but for some reason QuickPwn can't seem to detect that the phone is plugged in, though iTunes can still recognize it just fine. why can't QuickPwn recognize my iphone when it's plugged in?

Try restarting both your phone and computer.

I have found that plugging in the phone and then launching QuickPwn sometimes does the trick.
