Access iphone data from backend

Hi

I have lost my entire laptop (stolen from my car) and purchased a new laptop. i need all the data (pictures, contacts, music) from my iphone to transfer it to the new laptop. as if i sync my iphone to the new laptop it warns that all data will be erased since it can sync with only one library at a time.

What is the best possible way to resolve this
