Default jailbreak 2.0 and appstore

Hi I have a question about jailbreaking a 2g iPhone with 2.0 software.

Currently I have a jailbroken and unlocked Iphone 2g running on T-Mobile here in the UK as this is the only carrier that has decent reception in my house. I would like to update to 2.0 then jailbreak and unlock but the only reason to do so would be for some of the apps in the appstore.

So my question is, if I jailbreak and unlock after upgrading to 2.0, will I be able to use the appstore fully and will any programs I pay for and download work on my jailbroken phone?

Just make sure you are not putting on 2.0.1... you can't jailbreak that...
