Can I sync my work pc calendar and my home pc contacts?

I'm going to do the 60 day trial of mobileme. I've already signed up.

Before I get too far I'm curious if someone can tell me whether or not I can have my work pc calendar (Outlook) sync with mobile me AND my home pc contacts (Outlook) sync with mobileme? Lastly, I want it to all sync together with my new iPhone 3G.

Can someone tell me if this is possible and if so, what I need to do?
