Default Getting an iphone . . . advice for two people using one calendar

Hello everyone.

One week and counting until my verizon contract runs out and I can get an iphone!

Currently I use my corporate Outlook calendar for all my business and personal appointments. These are currently synced with my ipod Touch.
Will have the iphone 3G in a week.

My wife is going to take over the ipod Touch once I get the iphone.
What is the best way for both of us to be able to add AND edit calendar events simultaneously from separate computers?

Is there a way for her to sync the Touch without connecting to my computer with a cord?

Thanks in advance!
