Exclamation Adding Exchange account wants to replace my Address Book!

I went to test out adding my company's Exchange email account on my husbind's iPhone. I went through the paces and at one point the screen shows me that my Address Book is about to replaced by the Exchange AB once I finalize the setup. I cancelled the setup. How can this be?! That's crazy. The whoe idea is that I can have several different email accounts, Mac.com (mobileme), Exchange, Yahoo, etc.

Has anyone else experienced this AB replacement? I don't want to lose my Mac.com or Yahoo address book entries just by adding an Exchange account.

Within the exchange settings you should have the option NOT to sync contacts. Check that out.
