No. That isn't to say they aren't out there. I still remember my shock when I was at Barnes and Noble in Knoxville, TN. I ran a speed test, and was pulling over a mbps. Simply shocked.
I still see the same building penetration issues, and the same dead spots where one moment I will be streaming music before I get to stop light, and the next, the app crashed because the network disappeared across the street.

I have gotten over 1Mbps before but only once. I think I was on a train.
I've been noticing a lot of dead spots as well. I thought it was phone at first because it was already not working right ( the touch screen wasn't working ). I'm really starting to realize how bad AT&T is now. Customer service is great but I don't think my phone should have a disappearing 3G icon that often. AT&T also claim to have the fastest 3G and 400 kbps is not fast. |
