Default Getting out of Sprint....

Hi guys,

I'm stuck with Sprint and currently have a plan that won't end until next year...

Is there any way for me to get out of this contract without paying an ETF?

Also, if for example I got a new phone from Sprint and signed a new 2 year contract, I know that there is a 14 or 30 day return policy, would that let me cancel the contract and be free from them if done this way?

Please help, I really want the Iphone but do not want to pay $200 ETF to Sprint

You can go to your local AT&T store and explain your situation. I know sometimes, depending on who you speak with, AT&T will pay the ETF for the carrier you are trying to leave.
