Cool Cat is on a distinguished road
Default Verizon won't honor their own agreements!

Ok, so there's a ton of info around the interwebs about the legal way to terminate your service with a carrier when they change your service in the middle of your contract. Verizon just decided to hike up their FUSC fee and there are a few VZW customers who have been able to successfully have their ETFs waived based on this change to the service agreement. In order to achieve this the change has to have a "materially adverse effect" on me. Apparently Verizon's employees don't understand the meaning of these words because they are refusing to waive the ETFs. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with their customer service (ha!) reps last night and they just kept talking in circles and toeing what is apparently the company line.
