Reputation?
What happens when you add to someones reputation? I have looked and I cannot seem to find what this actually affects...

It affects your reputation...
 The little green box that appears below your post count when posting a post (sorry for all the "post" words) represents you reputation. I assume the more people add to your reputation, the higher your reputation is. You can view forum members by their reputation here.

Yeah, it is a feature that was put into use not long ago. So be sure to use it. Over time it will give you a better idea of who is helpful and who is not so helpful...
