Ping messenger app for iPhone users

Hello everyone. There's s new app called Ping in the app store. It's a messenger app just for iPhone users. You don't need your telephone number like whatsapp. You set up a username. I don't see a way to have a buddy list though so I think you have to add to your address book. Feel free to add me. My user name is liliken.

Alli, I like Ping alot better. You don't have to give out your cell number. For those that use it feel free to add me. Username is liliken.

The problem is, there is no way to just add you to Ping. One of (many) reasons I much prefer WhatsApp.

Hi,
I just downloaded the Ping App and I cant seem to get into it! All it does is tell me to wait whilst it connects! Anyone else having this problem?
