Syncing multiple calendars

After spending 5-10 minutes searching the forum, I did not find the exact answer to my question, so here it goes...

Scenario: Currently using the iPhone for personal use only, syncing to my home laptop/Outlook. However, will be starting a job where they use iPhones (and assume they are using MS Outlook calendar).

Question: How can I synchronize my iPhone to pick up calendar items from my personal laptop, as well as from my work laptop -- but keep both calendars segregated? In other words, business appointments should not appear on my home laptop/Outlook, and personal appointments should not appear on my work laptop/Outlook.

Extra Credit: the above assumes I am only adding/editing events on the laptops, but what about if I want to add an event right into (one of the two calendars on) the iPhone??

I do know that your work calender will not sync to your computer. That would be a security issue. So both calender will synch to your phone. Now. When you open calenders to make a new entry you would just select which calender category you are making it for.

I also know that you are allowed only one exchange account. Hope this info will lead you in the right direction.

Unless you have software to allow syncing to multiple computers, you can only sync with 1 computer. I suspect, they use Exchange at work. This allows wireless sync with your iPhone and in this case, the accounts are separate. This is what I have and use for my home info and then work info.
