Default Cannot Sync Contacts and Calenar - Pls help

After connecting to itunes 7.7, under the Info tab, it says
"Your contacts are being pushed to your iPone over the air from Microsoft Exchange.
Over-the-air sync settings can be changed on your iPhone"

Where and how can I change the "over-the-air sync settings"? I have used iphone 2G before and the sync is perfectly fast. how can i do the sync using 3g iphone?

thanks in advance!

I don't use exchange but I did run into this with mobileme. I had to make some changes in mobileme's settings on my PC. Is this exchange server you are using from your work or personal?

Ok so you don't want to sync over the air with your contacts. That is easy to turn off. Settings, Mail Contacts Calenders, Exchange, Then turn off Contacts and bam... it's done. Sync with your work PC. Hope this helps.
