Default HELP - Push E-Mail stops in Mid-Afternoon on Exchange Server

Totally new iPhone user here so bear with me...

The e-mail seems to work fine until around 3:00 PM and then it just stops. Is this related to the services that the iPhone shuts down when it gets to a low battery level?

Thanks in advance...

HoldHard

My guess is it's a problem with activesync on your company's servers. If you get it pushed for part of the day, then not for another, there isn't another logical explanation. The phone can't block push for different parts of the day. I get my exchange e-mails all day with no problem.

I'd ask your IT department/network administrator/administrator what's going on. If they don't have an answer, check your settings, and if you see something you need to change, change it and see if it works. If not, configure exchange/activesync all over again from scratch, deleting the original account. And if that doesn't work, do a full restore and make sure your firmware is up to date.

But go talk with your company's IT department. In my experience, they probably need some work to do anyways.
