Default Caller id when many contacts have same work number

25 contacts all who work at the same company...
If synced contacts from outlook have multiple names for people who all work at the same company - how do you get the caller id to show the Name of a specific contact created with Firstname and Lastname = “Company Name” instead of the caller id on the phone showing John Smith and 25 others… I would prefer the caller id to match the company name I have created in a generic contact. Can i force that id to show up in preference to an individual employee name showing up? all contacts have the phone number 222-333-5555 for ‘work.'

Wanting the caller id to just show "Davis Associates" (fake name BTW)

All I can think of is create a single contact for "Davis Associates" and delete that number from the individuals that also have that number. Sorry but I don't think there is any other way around this.

thanks for the tip Ash

I wonder if the caller id would go to first name on the list with the 222-333-5555 number?

So if i create the name *Davis *Associates would the asterisk help force the caller id to go to that contact in priority?

Na, did not work.
Used your method of deleting all but the single contact Business phone for "Davis Associates"
that worked.
I guess i could enter each individual employee's DID number and see if the local carrier switch passes that through the PBX from the office.
