It is a very cool keyboard, but is not very practical and very expensive. Also, the Gadget of the year usually has a large impact on technology consumers, where as the Optimus keyboard didn't have that impact.

I think the G1 is pretty solid assuming the Iphone won't win again. It's got some great features that are pretty user friendly. The issue is you can only use the phone for 10 min before it dies on you.
